Donna is a mixed media artist working across a range of mediums. She has worked in theatre design & production for many years – as a designer, scenic artist and prop / costume maker and this line of work has very much given her a multi disciplinary approach to her art. Recent companies that she has worked with in this field include; – Shakespeare’s Rose Theatre, West Yorkshire Playhouse, York Theatre Royal and Oxford Playhouse. Alongside her theatre work, she has taught adults part time for over 20 years. She qualified with a B.A (Hons) in Design, a Post Graduate Diploma in Theatre Design and a PGCE in Post Compulsory Education and Training and she regularly teaches Adult Education courses and workshops in and around the City of York where she is based. These include regular ‘painting and drawing’ and  experimental watercolour’ classes.
