A music graduate of The University of Bristol, Doug studied vocal performance under internationally renowned opera singers Christopher Gillett & Jeffrey Howard, in Musical Theatre performance with Andy Reiss of Beyond the Barricade and in conducting under Jonathan James. Doug has musically directed a number of shows, including Little Shop of Horrors, Joseph & The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat and Godspell and now regularly conducts a number of choirs, including Show Choir, which he co-founded in 2017 – a musical theatre choir collective with over 500 singers in multiple groups across the South-West.
