Tutor: Katy Van Haeften

Katy is an excellent communicator and connector. She embraces change with relish. Initially she trained as a teacher, then worked for eleven years in the UK with a national educational charity before moving on to teach
language skills in India and Nepal for a social enterprise working in the hospitality and sustainable tourism sector. She can offer over thirty years experience training for leading organisations in the field of personal
development.
Moreover, Katy has a background in Counselling, Attitudinal Training, Personal Development and more recently, in Ethical Sales having completed contracts in Ethiopia & Senegal. Katy first fell in love with Morocco in the mid ‘70s when she toured in an old Deux-Chevaux and regularly returns to explore further! She is looking forward to her course at La Maison Anglaise.
She has twin sons, a daughter & one granddaughter and divides her time between London, Penzance and the rest of the world. She says “I am convinced that the Life we are living is our greatest teacher and that we can learn to trust ourselves by staying connected to our unique authenticity, whilst creating healthy boundaries. I am honoured to facilitate others to experience this!”
