Professor Helen Snooks has been receiving Network Spinal Analysis care for over ten years, and has undertaken training to facilitate the delivery of SRI. Helen is experienced in facilitating people through all stages of SRI, individually and in groups; in person and by Zoom. Helen works full time in health research at the University of Swansea Medical School. Helen has benefitted herself from NSA and SRI and is keen to help others to build their connection to their bodies, to heal and thrive. She has many interests including hiking, singing, playing piano, knitting/crochet and artwork.
