  • Health and dietary information may also be requested, normally after you make a booking with us.

  • Request a quotation for a holiday
  • Book via our booking form online or book by email or telephone.
  • Provide additional information via an online form on our web site or by email or telephone.

Our Company collects your data so that we can:

  • Record your data on our database to manage your, quote, booking and payment status and provide updates as and when necessary.
  • Email you with the status of your booking.
  • Provide information via emailed Newsletters as and when we produce them.

Marketing

We would like to send you information via newsletters about our Ecolodge, holidays and charitable work. You may  opt out by unsubscribing at any time via the link in the Newsletter, or by emailing your request to us.

We do not share your data with any other company.

Exceptions:

  • Disclosure for Insurance Claims by you. You may request us to disclose some details of your Personal Data if to confirm your booking with us to your insurance company, in the event of an insurance claim by you.
  • Business Transaction. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Our Company securely stores your data on our database, separate and not connected to to our web site.
