“Anisha was a wonderful yoga instructor, who really tried to cater for all needs and requests in our group. I feel she had a wonderful balance between the spiritual side of the practice and the more exercise-based vinyasa work. I appreciated that throughout the week she adapted the practice and included other elements depending on requests, weather forecasts, other ideas etc.. I would absolutely go on another retreat with her as lead.”
