Sue has been teaching for 25 years and holds British Wheel of Yoga and Ruth White 500 hr diplomas, as well as certificates in Yin, Reiki and Yoga Therapy.

She has developed a style of teaching that integrates body, mind & spirit by focusing on our deep connection with Nature.

Her sessions are a balance of yin and yang yoga, pranayama, mindfulness and deep relaxation.

The practice can lead to a stronger connection to the elements, ease of movement, clarity of mind, and more restful sleep.

She is able to modify the practice to help each student achieve their full potential and experience a sense of well-being.
