Vicky is passionate about yoga and sharing her practice with others. She is fascinated by the benefits of yoga for both body and mind.

Vicky was initially drawn to yoga through rock climbing, for its physical and mental benefits. However, she found the most profound impact to be on her mental health. She describes her yoga journey as being transformational; yoga gives the opportunity to learn about ourselves and accept ourselves exactly as we are, whilst also allowing us the chance to grow.

Vicky is Yoga Alliance qualified in Vinyasa, Yin, Mindfulness Meditation and Trauma Informed Yoga and is currently training in Yoga Nidra. She currently teaches Vinyasa Flow, Mandala Flow, Hatha, Yin and Meditation. Vicky is also a qualified Medical Herbalist Practitioner and loves the holistic approach to wellness and the important role yoga plays in that.

Inspired by the ebb and flow of nature and the freedom she gains from movement, Vicky’s classes focus on self-study, both in movement and in stillness, she encourages you to listen to your body and take the practice as you need. Mindful movement during classes gives you time to drop from your mind into your body and just be. Whether it is a dynamic, steady or gentle practice, Vicky creates a supportive space to have fun, embrace the wobbles in a balancing pose and stay safe whilst you practice. Her mantra is “you do you” on the mat.
