I’m sending a HUGE ‘THANK YOU’ to you all for all your tireless hard work that made the singing and yoga week at Fron Farm Retreat such an enjoyable time! It felt like coming home – beautiful surroundings and accommodation, plus a very warm welcome from an inspirational group of people.”
“I really loved Pauline’s singing week & have been raving about the uplifting experience to all the friends I’ve been in contact with since. The range of songs, your teaching style, the others in our group ..the staff, the food, the ambience.. the singing in various places all contributed hugely to the success of the week, enabling me to feel energised & enriched. THANK YOU. “
..”I really enjoyed Marie’s yoga sessions. And Bethan’s massage was wonderful. Throughout the week our meals were plentiful and deliciously home-cooked with fresh ingredients. R Wall 2023
My stay in the roundhouse was most memorable; in part due its circular form, which was a new experience for me. This shape gives the interior a special atmosphere.
The craftsmanship was most impressive, as it was beautifully constructed using considerable skill.
The kitchen and bathroom, which included a shower were both of a nice size, not being cramped.
I enjoyed using the provided wood burner, complete with a supply of logs. This was a great asset, as the weather in May was rather cool during my visit. It warmed up very quickly too!

ACCOMMODATION
You have the choice or 2 lovely places to stay, both on the south-facing side of a secluded valley, either
Fron Farm:
This is where the singing and dining will take place in the 2 gorgeous event roundhouses. There is plenty of outside space, both for sunshine and sheltered from the rain. There’s also the sweet medieval church on the farm which can be used for meditation or singing.
6 Beautiful roundhouses – luxurious, en suite, insulated and all with wood-burners if it gets chilly. Some with their own hot tubs and can sleep up to 6 people – you can hire one as a triple, twin or double. One of the units is not en suite but has access to the shared toilet and shower block by the rustic roundhouse
4 Picturesque huts, small and simple – ideal for single occupancy but can sleep up to 4 people (contact us for price if you want to share one of these). Note that these are not en-suite, but have access to the shared toilet and shower block.
Fron Isaf:
3 well-appointed cottages at Fron Isaf includes double, twin and single rooms and self-contained cottage ideal for a couple
It is a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes’ drive between the 2 sites. Guests will share cars between the sites and for those who come by public transport, there are always a space free in someone’s car.
ON SITE STAFF
Marie or Jane from our Welsh office will be on site in the day.
OUTINGS
We will plan these according to the weather and the group’s desires. We suggest 2 gorgeous places on the coast, both about 30 minutes’ drive, Laugharne and Amroth as well as a local walk to standing stones – about an hour each way.
FOOD
will be nutritious, home-made and locally sourced as much as possible.
TRAVEL
The site is 20 minutes’ drive north of Whitland where there is a train station from where we can organise a taxi for you. Whitland is on the A40, the main route to West Wales from the M4. Alternatively the site is 10 minutes drive east of the A487, the main N-S route in West Wales. We help you to find travel companions if you wish.
